Admission is open for standard VIth to Xth girls. The following points regarding the admission procedure may please be noted:
a) Admission is open for all eligible students irrespective of caste, creed of religion.
b) For admission to class VIth the candidate should be between 10 to 11 years of age.
c) The application form along with the prospectus will be supplied on payment of Rs.500/- in cash of by demand draft drawn in favor of "Bhonsala Military School, Girls, payable at Bank of Maharashtra Nashik. A/C No.60203530622.
d) The application form for seeking admission along with the prescribed registration fee of Rs.500/- (non refundable) should be sent to the School on of or before 31st March.
The duly completed application form must be submitted in the School Office on or before the stipulated date. The following documents should accompany the form: Certified copy of School Report of the previous academic year (if applicable).
Six passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs of the student. Parents One Each Photograph.
One certified copy of Child's Birth Certificate.
One certified copy each of details including dates and grades of any Public/Board Examinations already taken (if applicable).
General Health certificate duly signed and sealed by Medical Practitioner
Copy of the T.C. (If possible).
Original documents of the submitted photocopies should be made available upon request for verification.
The mere submission of an application form does not guarantee admission to the school.
Parents who wish to apply for admission should obtain prospectus and application form on payment of
500/- This can be rendered in cash or demand draft drawn in favour of "Principal, Bhonsala Military School, Girls, payable at Nashik.
The application form for seeking admission can be down loaded from the net along with prescribed Registration fee of 500/-(non refundable) should be sent to the School on or before 31st March.
Admission is through a written and physicaltest . The testing procedure is adapted to verifythe abilities required for military training. The test will be conducted at school campus and parents will be intimated of the date and time.
The outcome of the admission will be conveyed to the parents after the interaction. The names of the selected candidates will also be displayed in the school office. The decision of the School Admission Committee will be final, no further discussions will be entertained.
On receipt of acceptance of admission, parents have to pay the fees within the stipulated date. The following documents should also be submitted:
1. A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC / ST / BC)
2. Six passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs of the student. Parents One Each Photograph.
3. Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from the school last attended (if applicable)
4. Two passport size photographs of the attendants who receive/visit the student.
If for any reason the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.

a) Admission will be done as per the merit list displayed by the school authorities on the notice board (on the day of the entrance test .
