Class 11th - Step 2 Process - Entrance Exam

Physical Entrance Examination :

The school will inform the parents regarding the date of the Entrance Examination after registration process. (Mostly before one week of schedule of entrance exam, parents will  get notification by whatsApp message)

पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के बाद स्कूल अभिभावकों को प्रवेश परीक्षा की तारीख के बारे में सूचित करेगा। (ज्यादातर प्रवेश परीक्षा के कार्यक्रम से एक सप्ताह पहले, माता-पिता को व्हाट्सएप संदेश द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है)

 

Physical Entrance exam is divided into four stages:

 

1) Physical Fitness Test : This test include 400mtrs. Running, 10 Push ups, 10 Sit ups and Skipping.

 Dress Code : Track Suite / Track Pant & T-Shirt.

 

2)   Written Test: The written examination consists of MCQs, based on core subjects such as Science, Maths (25 Maths + 15 Science), English and GK (15 English + 10 GK). The recent Grade’s / Std.’s syllabus is going to be considered for the examination i.e. Class 10^th syllabus. 

 

Time for written exam : 2hr.

 

3)   Psychological Test: The test will be conducted for both parent and student.

 

4)   Medical Test : Basic Medical Check-up. 

 

5) Personal Face-To-Face Interview: After completing the above tests, students must participate in a one-on-one interview along with their parents. This personal interview is used to assess a child's interaction abilities, mental state and to see whether she is prepared for boarding school life.

Important Instructions for Physical Entrance Examination :

Ø Student and Parents (Mother & Father) / Guardian are only allowed for entrance examination process within the academic block and it is compulsory for parent to attend this process.

Ø Total admission process will require at least 6hrs.

Ø Prior one day confirmation of attendance for entrance examination is must by parents through whatsApp message.

Ø Lunch will be provided by the school in the school mess by paying ₹ 100/- per person.

Ø Exam Merit List will be declared within 8-10 days.  

 Compulsory Documents while attending the Entrance Exam :

Following documents should be carried by the parents in hard copy along with the labelled file :

1.      Admission Form dully filled & Current photograph attached along with parents photograph 

2.      Medical Form 

3.      Medical Certificate of Fitness 

4.      Aadhar Card

5.      Birth Certificate

6.      Consent Form
