: ONLINE ADMISSION REGISTRATION PROCEDURE : 

The following points are regarding the admission procedure:
 
Online Registration along with registration fees is compulsory. 
We are inviting online registrations for the academic year 2023-2024.
 
The procedure for the Online Admission registration process is as follows :

3. After submitting your form and fees send your screenshots of both procedures on Whatsapp number 9607112666 with the name and std of admission of the student.
4. School will conduct an Entrance exam for the Students after receiving the registration forms and registration fees 
5. Upload your Ward's Signature, Parent's Signature, and Registration Transaction Screenshot in the registration form. (It is compulsory)

Notifications:
 a) Admission is open for all eligible students irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.

b) For admission to class VIth the candidate should be between 10 to 11 years of age.

c) On emergency cases : The application form along with the prospectus will be supplied on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash. if anyone visits the campus by permission of authorities.

The duly completed application form must be submitted to the School website on or before the stipulated date along with the payment of the fees.

  1. After receiving the application form and fees school will conduct the Physical Entrance Examination 
  2. The result of the provisional admission will be declared by the school after the Physical Entrance Examination procedures.
  3. Written Examinations, Medical,  Physical Tests, and Personal Interviews will be conducted on the dates given by the school. 
  4. The decision of the School Admission Committee will be final, no further discussions will be entertained. 
The following documents should accompany the form when admission of the student is confirmed by the school:
  • Certified copy of Report card of the previous academic year.
  • Six passport-size photographs and two stamp-size photographs of the student along with parents one photograph.
  • One certified copy of the Ward's Birth Certificate.
  • One certified copy of each of the details including dates and grades of any Public/Board Examinations already taken (if applicable).
  • General Health certificate duly signed and sealed by (MBBS )Medical Practitioner
  • Original Copy of the T.C./LC.
  • Original documents of the submitted photocopies should be made available upon request for verification.

The mere submission of an application form does not guarantee admission to the school.

: Physical Admission Procedure 


Written Test, Medical Test, Physical Test and Personal Interview :

Admission is through Written, Medical, Physical test along with the Personal Interview of Student & Parent. The testing procedure is adapted to verify the abilities required for military training. The test will be conducted at the school campus and parents will be intimated of the date and time.

Admission Lists :

The outcome of the admission will be conveyed to the parents after the interaction. The names of the selected candidates will also be displayed in the school office and on the website. The decision of the School Admission Committee will be final, no further discussions will be entertained.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE: GUIDELINE

a) Admission will be done as per the merit list displayed by the school authorities on the notice board (on the day of the entrance test.

b) In case the fees are not paid in time a second merit list will be published and the students on the waiting list will be offered admission.

Note: Incomplete forms will be rejected

Confirmation of Admission :

On receipt of acceptance of admission, parents have to pay the first installment fees within the stipulated date. The following documents should also be submitted:

1. A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC / ST / BC)
2. Six passport size photographs and two stamp-size photographs of the student. Parents One Each Photograph.
3. Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from the school last attended (if applicable)
4. Two passport size photographs of the attendants who receive/visit the student.
If for any reason the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.

The school will charge fees for academic / Military activities / Adventure Trips & Camps / Excursions / Curricular activities & Sports / Lodging & Boarding for the respective academic year.


School fee for the Academic year 2023-2024 (Per std. per year)
School Fee 6th std to 8th std - 1,80,000/- (5% likely to be increased)
School Fee 9th std to 10th std - 1,85,000/-(5% likely to be increased)
School Fee 11th std to 12th std -  1,95,000/-(5% likely to be increased)
 
PAYMENT IN TWO INSTALMENTS for 6th to 10th
1st Installment (at the time of admission)
2nd Installment (Before 30th September 2023)      
 
* Fine of Rs. 300/- on late payment of fees.
