Full paid fee (except Admission Fee and the amount of the total accessories / clothing items issued or Rt. 25000/- whichever is more) will be refunded in case of student withdraw admission before the start of classes or month of June of every academic year.
Admission fee and the amount of the total accessories / clothing items issued or Rs. 25000/- is not refundable under any circumstances.
Full paid fee (except First Term Fee (Half fee of the total fee) with Admission Fee and the amount of the total accessories / clothing items issued or Rs. 25000/- whichever is more) will be refunded in case of student withdraw admission after the start of classes or within the month of June to August of every academic year.
No refund is permissible in case the student withdraws after the month of August i.e. 3 months from start of the classes.
Request to withdrawal and fee refund should be made on the prescribed application form available at the admission/accounts office. Along with fee refund application, student has to submit the ID card, Original Fee Receipt & Due clearance Certificate.
Refund will be processed by the Accounts / Admin office of the school upon receiving approval from the Principal / Commandant and will be paid by crossed cheque in the name of the student or father/guardian after 30 days from the date of receipt.
All dispute pertaining shall fall within the jurisdiction of Nashik (Maharashtra). The Principal of the Girls School shall be legal person for all such matters.
